2 sticks butter
3 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped pecans
2 c. all-purpose flour

Cream butter and sugar. Add flour, vanilla and pecans. Mix well. Roll into small balls. Bake in 300 degree oven for 45 minutes. While still hot, roll in extra confectioners' sugar.
