WEDDING COOKIES 
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, salt and baking soda. Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add Ricotta cheese and vanilla. Add all together and mix well. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. When cold ice.

ICING:

2 c. 10X sugar
2 tbsp. milk
Scant tsp. more butter, food coloring, anise flavoring, spearmint flavoring

Separate icing, make part anise and part spearmint or whatever flavor you like.
