1 lg. cream cheese
1 pkg. instant whip cream
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows, white or colored
1 can fruit cocktail
1/2 c. mayonnaise or less
2-3 tbsp. sugar

Beat whip cream. Take half of the juice from cocktail and blend with cream cheese. Add the mayonnaise. Add the whip cream and sugar; add this to the cocktail and marshmallows. Freeze in 9x12 pan. Soften a little before serving.
