SHRIMP AND RICE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen shrimp
1 pkg. yellow rice
3/4 c. white rice, not instant
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper
Bacon

Cook white and yellow rice together until almost done. While rice is cooking, place tomatoes, onions, peppers, and salt in pan. Cook until onions are done. Add shrimp and then add rice. Place in casserole and cover with bacon. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
