SHRIMP AND RICE 
1 med. onion
1 sm. green pepper
1 can tomato sauce
6 c. water
2 cans shrimp
2 c. rice
Parsley
Salt
Pepper

Saute onion, green pepper and parsley in small amount of cooking oil. In large saucepan combine water, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and rice. Bring to a boil. Add sauteed mixture and lower heat. Cover and continue cooking until rice is done. Add shrimp with juice from cans. Mix well and serve warm.
