CORNED BEEF LUNCHEON SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1 1/3 c. boiling water
1 can shredded corned beef
1 c. celery, chopped
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 c. sweet pickles, chopped
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. plus lemon juice

DRESSING:

1 carton sour cream
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cool. Combine gelatin with all other ingredients. Set in refrigerator. When firm, combine dressing ingredients and spoon over congealed gelatin. Return to refrigerator for a few hours. Serves 8.
