SUE'S MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 pkg. lg. elbow macaroni
1 1/2 lb. old fashioned hoop cheese or medium cheddar
3 eggs, whipped with milk
1 can evaporated milk, lg.
1 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. water

Cook macaroni according to directions. Drain and rinse. Grate cheese, mix eggs and milk. Add water, salt, and pepper. Layer in casserole macaroni, butter pats, cheese. Alternate layers, ending with cheese. Pour liquid over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
