FRESH STRAWBERRY SPREAD 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. butter, softened
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar, sifted
1 tsp. vanilla
8 strawberries, sliced

Beat cream cheese, butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy; add vanilla. Stir in strawberries. Place in plastic carton with tight fitting lid and chill until firm. Yields 1 pint.
