FRESH FRUIT DESSERT 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. sugar

GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS:

3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 qt. sliced strawberries

Mix flour, butter and sugar together and pat into a 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.

Boil glaze ingredients until thick and clear. Add Jello and lemon extract then cool. Place strawberries in cooled crust and pour cooled glaze over top. Refrigerate. Can use any fruit and matching Jello.
