DOLLY'S COLE SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage, chopped
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 carrot, chopped or grated
1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sweet pickle juice
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 dill pickle, chopped, or 1 tbsp. pickle relish
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes 10-12 servings. The pickle juice adds a special tang to it.

Omit the sugar, omit the white vinegar and substitute the sweet pickle juice for 1/2 cup dill pickle juice. Yummy!
