1 head cabbage, shredded
5-6 grated carrots
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. wine
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. raisins

Mix all of the above in a large salad bowl. Blend well by hand. Cool and serve.
