COLESLAW 
8 lb. shredded cabbage
3 c. finely grated carrots
3 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sweet pickle juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

In a large bowl, combine the cabbage and carrots. To prepare dressing, stir together mayonnaise, pickle juice, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture. Toss lightly to coat vegetables. Cover and chill.
