ROSARITA PIE 
1 can refried beans
2 lg. avocado, peeled, pureed and mixed with a little lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
1 can or sm. bottle hot enchilada sauce or hot taco sauce
Minced ripe olives, onion and tomato
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Spread in glass pie pan in this order: Beans, avocado, sour cream, taco sauce, olives, onion, tomato, cheese. Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with chips.
