PICKLED WIENERS 
5 lb. wieners, cut in half
1 sm. jar hot pepper sauce
2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 onions, sliced
3/4 c. sugar
1 qt. white vinegar
1/2 c. comino powder

Pack wieners and onions in a gallon jar. Heat vinegar and spices. Pour over wieners. Let stand overnight. Will keep indefinitely.
