STRAWBERRY MOUSSE | |
2 pkgs. sugar free jello (strawberry) 1 1/2 c. boiling water 2 c. ice cubes 1 apple, quarter and remove seeds and core 1/2 c. strawberry yogurt (or 1/2 c. whipped topping) Pour boiling water in blender; add gelatin and blend at low speed about 30 seconds. Add ice cubes and stir until ice is partially melted. Add apple cut in pieces. Add yogurt; blend at high speed 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into individual glasses or bowls. About 35-40 calories per 1/2 cup serving. Serves 6-10. |
