CREAM CHEESE MOUSSE 
3 egg whites
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
Fresh blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, sliced peaches, papaya, mango or kiwi fruit
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped

In small bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar beating until soft peaks form. In large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar until smooth. Gently fold meringue and whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until well combined. Pour into glasses or dessert dishes. Refrigerate to chill. Before serving, top each with fresh fruit. Makes 8 - 1/2 cup servings.
