SQUASH - APPLE BAKE 
1 med. butternut squash, peeled cut into 3/4" slices or mashed (1 1/4 lb.)
2 apples, peeled, cored & cut in wedges
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mace

Arrange squash in a 12 x 8 inch baking pan. Top with apple wedges. Combine remaining ingredients, spoon over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until tender.
