SHRIMP SALAD 
2 lb. boiled shrimp
1 sm. jar olives
2 c. cauliflower
2 c. rice, cooked
1 c. bell pepper, cut up
1 sm. onion
1/2 - 1 c. mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper

Cut up shrimp in small pieces. Add olives, cauliflower, rice, bell pepper and onions. Mix mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste. Serve on crackers or on lettuce.
