RELLA'S NOODLE DELIGHT 
1/2 lb. Mullers Fine egg noodles
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
9 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook egg noodles until tender; drain and cool. Mix with cheese; add sugar and mix. Add milk and mix. Beat eggs and add to mixture plus vanilla. Mix well and pour into a greased and floured 9 1/2 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or a little longer. Sides get brown, but not the center.
