TAHINI-MISO SPREAD 
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. tahini
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. miso (or more to taste)
2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
2 tbsp. chives

Mix lemon juice with tahini, then slowly add water and mix well until smooth. Add miso and parsley and chives.
