HOMOS TAHINI | |
1 can chick peas, drained (garbanzo beans) 1 tbsp. olive oil and 1 tbsp. sesame oil 3-4 tbsp. water 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1/2 tsp. salt Blend well in blender. Garnish with sections of small onions. Serve with Syrian bread or crackers or carrot sticks. |
