This pie is fun to make and it tastes great!

1/2 stick butter
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend all ingredients in blender for 2 minutes.

Pour into 10 inch pie pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 or 50 minutes until top is nice and golden brown.

Check pie with knife, when it comes out clean pie is done.
