STROGANOFF 
1 to 2 lb. round steak, cut in 1 inch cubes
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 cubes beef bouillon with water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. (or less) sour cream, lite
Dash red wine

Saute steak cubes, garlic and onion. Place in crockpot with bouillon, soup and wine. Cook 8 hours on low; add sour cream, thicken with cornstarch and serve over rice.
