FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well
1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries, drained well
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
2-3 sliced bananas

Mix all ingredients together and fill cupcake papers in trays. Freeze the trays. After fruit is frozen, remove from freezer and place in zip lock bags for storage in freezer. Take out the number desired when needed.
