CAULIFLOWER DELUXE 
1 head cauliflower (whole)
1 c. chili sauce
1/3 c. chopped onion (green)
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. chili sauce (or more)
3/4 c. water (add to chili sauce)
3 green onions, chopped to saute only until onions are soft

Put water, about 1 tablespoon chopped onion and a little salt in pan; bring water to a boil. Add the whole head of cauliflower; cook only until tender.

Chop green onions (about 3); put in pan and saute in butter. Add chili sauce and 3/4 cup water. When ready to serve, put whole head in bowl. Pour the chili sauce over and serve at once.
