BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Owens hot sausage, cooked and drained
1/2 lb. ham, cut up
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
1/2 loaf French bread
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour

Slice French bread in half, then cut in serving sections. Place on bottom of well-greased baking pan. Add ham, grated cheese and sausage on top of French bread. Beat eggs with milk, pour over mixture. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of flour on top.

Prepare day before and refrigerate. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
