FRENCH TOAST CASSEROLE 
2 eggs
2 c. milk (Carnation)*
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 loaf French bread, thinly sliced
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans
1 stick butter

Mix eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg all together; pour over French bread in baking dish. Sprinkle brown sugar and pecans over top. Cut butter in chunks and place on top. Cover with foil.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until butter and sugar melt well.

Can use 12 ounces Carnation and 4 ounces milk.
