BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 lg. bunch broccoli
2 med. carrots, grated
3 green onions, chopped
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted
Good Seasonings Zesty Italian salad dressing prepared from dry mix

In a large steamer, add water and a pinch of baking soda (helps to keep broccoli green and fresh looking). Steam broccoli until tender but crunchy. Separate florets and chop stems into bite size pieces. Add grated carrot, onion and raisins. Toss together and add about 1/2 cup dressing. Add more dressing if needed. Chill and just before serving, add the toasted almonds.
