CAULIFLOWER-BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 head cauliflower, sliced
1 lg. green pepper, sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 head broccoli, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
1/2 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 lg. carrots, sliced
Sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
2 chopped tomatoes
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Put all cut vegetables in a large bowl. Pour in dressing. Toss. Refrigerate. Toss before serving.
