BROCCOLI - CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli, chopped
1 head cauliflower, chopped
1 bunch carrots, chopped
1 lb. fried, drained & crunched bacon or 3 tbsp. vegetable salad crunchies
1 (6-8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (6-7 oz.) pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese (can use your favorite cheeses or omit cheeses)
Optionally add tomatoes, onions, other vegetables

Toss together.

Mix: 1 1/4 c. light Miracle Whip or mayonnaise & 1/2 c. sugar (or sugar substitute)
