BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
2 c. broccoli
2 c. cauliflower
1 med. size onion, chopped fine
1 jar bacon bits
6 radishes, sliced thin
3 shredded carrots

DRESSING:

1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar or 6 tsp. sweeten low
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar

Bring to a boil stirring continuously. Remove from heat. Let cool 1 hour. Stir in 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons mustard. Pour all over salad and mix.
