MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
3 sticks butter
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Cream sugar, cocoa and butter. Mix in eggs, vanilla, flour and pecans. Bake in a 9 x 12 x 2 inch pan for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

CHOCOLATE TOPPING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 (8 to 12 oz.) jar marshmallow cream

Mix together powdered sugar, vanilla, cocoa, butter and evaporated milk. Spread marshmallow cream over cake while hot. Pour chocolate topping over entire cake.
