BEEF - BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. beef broth
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves, crushed

Cook meat and onions in a large skillet, until meat loses its color. Stir in tomato sauce, beef broth, 1/2 cup cheese, broccoli, rice and seasonings. Turn into a lightly greased shallow 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 5 minutes longer. Makes 4 servings.
