DINNER CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash browns with pepper and onions
1 pt. sour cream
10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. minced onions

Grease 9 x 13 pan with butter. Add potatoes.

Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over potatoes.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Last 10 minutes top with crumbled potato chips.
