EASY CHICKEN DINNER CASSEROLE 
3 med. potatoes, peeled & cut in half
3 med. carrots, scraped & sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 chicken breast
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1 can cream of chicken soup

In a buttered casserole place potatoes and carrots, season with salt and pepper and dot with butter. Put chicken on top of flakes. Pour soup over chicken and cover casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done. Serves 2 to 3 people.
