HEATH CANDY BAR COFFEE CAKE | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 2 c. flour 1/2 c. white sugar 6 Heath candy bars, crushed 1/4 c. pecans 1 c. buttermilk or sour milk 1 egg 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla Blend flour, butter and sugars. Take out 1/4 cup of the mixture and mix with crushed Heath bars and nuts for topping. Add next four ingredients to remaining mixture. Mix and pour in pan. Sprinkle topping mix over and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or pour half the batter in greased 9"x13" pan and sprinkle half topping mix, then rest of batter and rest of topping mixture. Use an 8"x12" disposable aluminum pan for school, picnic or office treats, then you don't have to worry about getting the pan back home. |
