OVERNIGHT BUNS 
4 c. warm water
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1 c. Mazola oil
14 or 15 c. flour
4 tsp. salt

Let yeast sit in warm water 10 minutes. Mix the above ingredients at 3:00 p.m. Don't knead. Shape into buns at 9:30 or 10:00 p.m. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until browned in the early a.m. or morning.
