OVERNIGHT BUNS 
4 c. water
1 c. shortening
4 eggs, beaten
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
6-8 c. flour

Mix around 6 o'clock in the evening. Boil together for 5 minutes the water, shortening, and sugar. Cool and add the eggs, yeast, salt, and flour. Mix. Let rise and punch down. Let rise again and form into buns. Let sit at room temperature until morning. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
