OVERNIGHT BUNS 
3 c. warm water
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar
8-11 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Mix yeast with 1/2 cup water and 1 tablespoon sugar and let stand 5 minutes. Mix all ingredients together in late afternoon (4-5 p.m.). Let rise, punch down occasionally; before going to bed, make into buns or cinnamon rolls. Cover with a dish towel and let rise all night on counter top. Grease pan; bake in early morning (7-8 a.m.) at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
