SYLVIA'S PORK AND BROCCOLI | |
2 lb. pork, cut in chunks 1 bunch broccoli 1 sm. onion 1 med. tomato 1 tbsp. oil 1 c. water Salt to taste Garlic salt to taste Steam broccoli. Cook pork in oil and salt and garlic salt until well done. Add onions and tomatoes. Cook about 4 minutes. Add broccoli and water; let simmer 15 minutes. Serve over rice. |
