STIR FRIED BROCCOLI 
1/2 to 1 can chicken broth
1 tsp. to 1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 to 4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
3 tbsp. oil
1 lb. broccoli, cut in sm. pieces
1/2 to 1 med. onion, diced
1 med. green pepper, cut in thin strips
Pork: May cut up 2 or three pork chops or may use pork roast.
2 c. rice, cooked
May add water chestnuts, carrots, pea pods, etc. for more variety if desired

Combine chicken broth, cornstarch, soy sauce and sugar; set aside. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil, cook meat until just brown. Add 1/2 to 1 med. onion, fry until golden. Add green pepper, stir fry 1 minute. Add broccoli, stir-fry about 3 minutes. May add other ingredients at this time, if desired. Add sauce, bring to a boil. Simmer until sauce is thickened slightly. Serve over hot cooked rice.
