MEATLOAF FOR 40 PEOPLE 
12 lb. lean ground beef
2 lg. pkg. herb Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 (14 oz.) bottle tangy catsup
10 med. onions, chopped
12 med. eggs
12 cans tomato soup
3/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk

Mix everything together thoroughly except 3 cans of tomato soup. Shape into loaves. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 400 degrees for about 1 hour.

Meanwhile, take the 3 leftover cans of soup. Mix with 2 cans of water. Heat and baste meat occasionally during baking. Take of foil when almost done to let meat loaf brown.
