1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Grated rind of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped

Combine mayonnaise and mustard, mixing well. Stir in lemon rind and lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream. Serve over fresh fruit. Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
