NODA'S PECAN PIE 
2 c. brown sugar (1 box)
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. vinegar
dash of salt
1 c. pecans
4 eggs, beaten (add last)
2 pie shells

Melt butter and add all ingredients except eggs. Add eggs last. Pour into 2 pie shells.

Bake at 325°F for about 50 minutes.
