FRESH HADDOCK WITH SOUR CREAM
DILL SAUCE
 
Fresh haddock fillets - 1 for each person eating
Sour cream or yogurt
butter
Fresh dill

Place the fillets in a baking dish and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread the fillets with a generous amount of sour cream or yogurt. Sprinkle with a good amount of dill weed and pat liberally with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Fish is done when it loses its translucent look and just begins to flake.
