SOUR CREAM RAISIN 
1 c. raisins, water to cover
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks, 2 egg whites
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. sugar

Cook raisins in water until plump. Add sour cream and sugar to slightly beaten egg yolks. Add flour. Cook until thick then add remaining ingredients. Cool. Top with meringue and brown.
