BUTTERMILK PECAN PIE 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
3 1/2 tbsp. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. pecan halves
1 unbaked 9 in. pie shell

Cream butter, sugar and add eggs (one at a time). Combine flour salt, and then add to mixture. Add buttermilk and pecans. Mixture will be thin. Pour in pie shell. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Until dark golden brown.
