LIME-MINT SALAD 
2 tall cans crushed pineapple
1 pkg. tiny marshmallows
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 pt. cream, whipped
1 pkg. butter mints, crushed
1 tsp. vanilla

Sprinkle Jello over pineapple and marshmallows and refrigerate overnight.

Mix whipped cream, crushed mints and vanilla together and add to Jello mix. Just before serving.
