NO SALT SEASONINGS 
Use this instead of salt and cut down on your sodium intake.

1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. mace
1 tsp. celery seeds
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. garlic powder

Blend in food processor until thoroughly mixed. You may add approximately 1/4 cup of salt.
