PALMIER (HORS D'OEUVRES) | |
1 sheet thawed Puff pastry 1/4 lb. prosciutto 2 to 3 tbsp. Honey mustard 1/4 c. Parmesan Lay out Puff pastry onto counter. Roll out seams. Spread entire sheet with Honey mustard. Layer 1/4 pound prosciutto over sheet, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Roll up long side to halfway mark, roll up opposite long side in to meet each other. Wrap in Reynolds Wrap, freeze until firm, unwrap, slice roll into 24 slices. Place cut side down on cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees until golden and puffed, 15 to 20 minutes. |
